Globular Cluster M4 (near Antares in Scorpius). Taken on June 30, 2011 at the RMSS 2011 in Gardner, CO. Stack of 12 images taken with the Canon 300D and the 135mm/f2.8 Minolta Rokkor MC lens piggyback on the Meade 2120 SCT telescope. ISO 1600, exposure time 30s for each image (6 min total). Stacked in IRIS, curved in Nebulosity. Besides M4, another globular cluster NGC 6144 (magnitude 9.1) is also visible (one o'clock from Antares).
