Today, May 20, 2012 was a solar eclips. I went out to Kent Park in Tiffin, IA and took about 100 images. I think this one is the best. Taken with a 500mm/f8 lens attached to the Canon 300D. There was considerable sensor dust that I removed in the image. The sun disappaered below the horizon before the eclips was complete. ISO-100, 1/100 sec exposure time, f32, 500 mm focal length.
