This image of the Milky Way was taken at the RMSS 2011 on June 30. This image nicely illustrates how clear and dark the sky is at the Rocky Mountain Star Stare. This is a single shot taken with a 19mm/f3.8 Vivitar lens and a cheap 0.42x fisheye converter attached to it. 164s exposure time, ISO 1600, curves applied in Nebulosity.
