On November 6, 2010 my wife Margarita joint me for an observing session at Kent Park by Tiffin, IA. For this image I used the Canon 300D piggy back on the Meade 2120 (mounted on an equatorial motor drive mount) with a Minolta MD Rokkor 50mm/f1.4 lens. 14 exposures, ISO 800, 30s, stacked using the program Nebulosity v2.3.0. I think there are 2 problems with this image. First, the lens was not focused properly and the stars came out as little donats with small holes in the center. Second, the exposure time of 30s was too long and the images were overexposed. Nevertheless, the constellation sagitta and the coathanger (Brocchi's Cluster) came out rather nice. Taken 10-06-2010.
